How to apply by email. It is easy way to apply for EPIK teachers
1. If you are interested in this location, send us the documents by email for screening and interviw
-application
-Resume,
-a copy of passport,
-a copy of degree,
2. We screen your documents and have a telephone interview and report the results to you by email or by telephone
If you are permitted to apply, send us the documents below by FEDex
- Signed application
-2 recommendation letters(Reference)
-(if applicable)the proofs of teaching experience
-(if applicable)TESOL, TEFL, or Educational Certificate
- Apostilled Criminal Record Check or the receipt for application of
- Official Sealed Transcript
- 2 photos
- Health Statement(form attached) click(New law)
3. If we take your documents above from you,
We send the documents below to you by EMSmail or FEDEX
- a notice of appointment
- contract issued and signed by Superintendent
to your address by EMS mail
4. You go to Korean embassy with the
documents to take E-2 visa

Visa interview is waived for applicants.
5. You take E-2 visa in a few days.
6. You buy a flight ticket bound for Busan(Gimhae)Airport (designated date)
7. You let us know your flight itinerary by email.
8. We pick you up at Busan(Gimhae)Airport to take you to your accommodation.
or to Gyeongnam Office of Education for orientation and interview.
9. Your co-teacher takes you to your school.
* When you come to Korea, you will have to bring Original documents; (Degree,
TESOL and TEFL certificate)
* After you arrive here, you submit those documents above
10. You have Orientation for your work and your life in Korea.( for 3 days)
11. Starting Date is March 1, 2010 and ASAP, by One year contract
12. You must make Alien Registration at you district immigration office within 90 days after your arrival in Korea. And when you register, you must submit your health cerificate obstained from the hospital which has been designated by the Korean government.
